Mr. Maher is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of J-Technology, where he leads the organization’s strategic growth, develops key partnerships, and oversees a talented and passionate team. With more than two decades of experience across the Middle East, he has established himself as a visionary leader who blends marketing expertise with technology-driven innovation.
An Egyptian self-made businessman, Mr. Maher began his career as a salesman in a small marketing agency before advancing into senior leadership roles. From 1995 to 1998, he served as Brand Manager at Aujan Industries in Saudi Arabia, where he played an essential role in expanding and positioning key brands. He then moved to Kuwait to join New Mowasat Hospital as Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2002, where he strengthened the hospital’s market presence through strategic initiatives in the healthcare sector. Between 2002 and 2009, he was appointed Marketing Director at Ressala TV in Kuwait, where he contributed to shaping the channel’s brand identity and audience engagement. During this period, his responsibilities spanned B2C and B2B marketing, product positioning, demand creation, brand building and repositioning, sales enablement, and organizational improvements, establishing him as both a leader and a voice of progressive change.
In 2009, Mr. Maher returned to Egypt to establish the Egyptian Saudi Company for Advertising, before founding J-Technology, a company dedicated to achieving market differentiation through the integration of information technology, online platforms, and innovative digital solutions. His leadership philosophy is built on two key principles: "finding opportunities where no one else is looking", and "never relying solely on what one thinks they already know". This philosophy reflects his commitment to agile marketing practices and leveraging marketing technology to deliver sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, Mr. Maher has combined practical business achievements with a dedication to continuous learning. He holds an MBA in Business Administration, a Certificate in Market Management from Newman University in Kuwait , and a Certificate in Modern Management Skills from Gulf Innovation Co. . His contributions have also been recognized in scientific and professional forums, including an honorary acknowledgment at Kuwait University in 2005.
